A travel agent in Costa Rica who would know our itinerary – more or less – is Paula Mata 1-800-948-3770 She helped arrange hotels for all but the first night and Thursday night, and would know our rent car agency (Mapache) as well. It’s a small country and she knows all the hotels and towns where we’ll be. I’d recommend using her as point to contact us if necessary.
